Life doesn't always go as planned. Unexpected job loss, medical bills, family emergencies—crises can happen to any of us. At Madison Campus Church, we believe no one should walk through those moments alone.
Love in Action exists to provide short-term financial assistance to members of our church family who are facing a temporary crisis. Whether you're in need or want to help someone else, this ministry is built on the belief that when one hurts, we all respond with love.
Reach Out To Your Closest Community
We believe in community-supported care, so every request goes through a compassionate and thoughtful process:
1. Reach Out
If you are a church member and you are in financial crisis, the first step is to reach out to your nearest community: your small group leader, ministry team leader or sabbath school leader, to become an advocate; someone who knows your situation and can speak on your behalf.
2. Application Submitted
The sponsor and individual fill out a simple form together, sharing the details of the situation and the kind of support needed.
3. Team Evaluation
Our Love in Action team prayerfully reviews each request and, based on available funds, provides assistance where we can.
4. Compassionate Follow-up
We care about the whole person—not just the financial need. We follow up to offer continued support, prayer, and care as you navigate next steps.
Want to Be Involved?
If you have a passion for this ministry and want to be involved, please reach out. You don’t need to have all the answers—just a heart willing to stand in the gap. Please email Peter Kroll at krolls2k@comcast.net
Give to Love in Action
Help us meet needs as they arise by contributing to the Love in Action fund. 100% of donations go directly to helping church members in crisis.
Your gift becomes a lifeline—keeping a light on, covering a medical bill, or putting food on a table.
You can give online and select “Love in Action” from the dropdown menu.
Your generosity becomes someone else’s answered prayer.
A Ministry Rooted in Galatians 6:2
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
Whether you’re reaching out for help or stepping in to help someone else, Love in Action is one way we embody the love of Christ in our community.
